Cell technology. Reliable and efficient.
Our research and development focuses on using the latest advances in cell technology. A decisive part of that is efficiency, and SOLON modules can achieve an efficiency of up to 14.6 percent. Another important factor is optimal low light performance, which is why our modules function well in regions with low levels of sunlight. To ensure that each specific system can achieve the highest possible yields, we grade module classes in 5 Wp increments. And we guarantee performance tolerances of ± 3 percent. As a result, the modules can be connected to inverters in an extremely precise manner.
The frame. Stable and durable.
The SOLON frame system is surrounded by a single anodized aluminum extruded profile. Unlike other systems, the SOLON frame is inserted rather than screwed in for increased stability. Moreover, we do not use any corrosive components. Drainage holes are also included to further increase resistance and prevent water from becoming trapped inside and causing the frame to deform in frosty conditions.
The connection socket. Resilient and safe.
We put a lot of effort into protecting the internal connections in SOLON connection sockets. The compact and high-quality external housing of the SOLON socket meets the highest safety standards and is IP 65 compliant. It ensures optimal heat dissipation for maximum module output.
Solar glass. Highly transparent and robust.
The extra-hardened, low-reflection 4 mm solar glass of the SOLON modules offers the highest level of transparency. And it ensures high yields for decades. The glass must also be able to withstand extreme weather conditions, from snow to hail or even a sand storm. That is why we only use solar glass from experienced and renowned manufacturers.
Cell junction technology. Innovative and powerful.
We rely on innovative junction technology to connect our solar cells. Thanks to special processing techniques, SOLON modules are manufactured without any visible cross connecters.
