I live in Sacramento, gets very hot on the summers months and when I had it installed, I've noticed the difference right away, the location of the unit is where all the rooms are located. Just above attic space and concentrations of hot exhaust gas. I have a 1200 sf house n decide to use the 24 watt, rated for 2100 sf. On my roof, I also have 3 dormer vents , 4th one on the garage. On the very 1st day the hall way was cooler than usual and two of the rooms where the sun does not hit was also cooler than usual.
